About the Indiana Direct Care Workforce Toolkit

The Indiana Direct Care Workforce Toolkit provides a comprehensive suite of resources, programs, and supports designed to help providers strengthen their workforce, empower internal teams, and expand care capacity. These tools are available free of charge and are aimed at improving outcomes across the sector. This initiative is funded through a partnership with the three Managed Care Entities in the State of Indiana, making it a collaborative effort to address workforce challenges and drive success in long-term services and supports.

Sessions will be held monthly throughout the first few months of 2025 and will include both webinar and in-person options. As new sessions are scheduled, they will be added to this page for enrollment. Please note, some programs have limited availability and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, so early participation is encouraged.
