  • Built a community where caregivers are appreciated for the work they do.
  • Built stronger relationships with their caregivers.

Here is the full transcript.

"The greatest impact that CoachUp Care has had is that it's helped us develop and continue to reinforce our culture and which in turn, has reduced our turnover by 30%. And that's huge from the point of, of stability of schedule, recruiting, relieving the pressure out of recruiting and allowing for just some consistency on the day to day aspects of trying to run this organization.

I would say that the most profound impact CoachUp Care has had on our operations is stability by being able to develop and enhance our relationships with our caregivers. We're able to have a better stable environment because of the retention. And because of the caregivers stay, it's allowed us to grow as an agency. It's allowed us to grow our billable hours and keep our clients on for a longer time frame.

Since we've launched Coach Up Care, we've been able to increase our billable hours by 20% without having to invest in any major services, or new lines of service or any, bringing on additional people in the office such as a sales rep or something like that to be able to grow.

Oh, it's when I'm recognized on CoachUp Care, it's so rewarding for me because it acknowledges the work that I've been doing with my client. So when you get acknowledged that you're doing an awesome job and you get rewarded, it just brings out the best in you. I mean, it brings out the best in me.

So as a caregiver, now? You know, before CoachUp Care, I really didn't connect with any of my teammates unless it was a via text or something like that. But now that we have CoachUp Care, it gives me more of an opportunity to be able to connect more with them through postings. And the fact that we can see how our days are going and interact with one another through our postings is really nice.

Even when I'm not at work, I do find myself checking the CoachUp Care app. I do, I like to see what other team members post. I like to see their pictures. I like to see how their day is going. You know, it, it's pretty fun. Even when I'm not at work. I am, when I'm at home, I check it every now and then. I do, I love it.

I mentioned that we, we've grown 20% but that's, and that's with the same team. So that means we're more efficient from an operation standpoint, we're able to, to accomplish more with the same resources. And you know, the amount of when we used to, we used to spend a lot of money recruiting and the money we would spend recruiting would result in like people not staying with the team just due to our retention, our lower retention rates. Now, the money that we do spend on recruiting is well spent because the people that do join our team, they, because of the CoachUp Care environment contributes to them developing relationships with the office and staying with us longer term."
