MissionCare Collective recently sat down with Kristin Vagnini at BrightStar Care of West Bend to discuss workforce strategy in home care. She shares how they're fostering a stronger sense of community with their field staff, are recognizing their staff in real-time for their accomplishments, and seeing a more satisfied workforce.
Here is the full transcript.
"Our office likes CoachUp Care because we can instantaneously reward our employees and it can show up on their phone that exact moment. So it is so good for our employees to know how much we appreciate them and we want to recognize that right away. So that is the biggest reasons why we love CoachUp Care here.
I think the biggest impact that CoachUp Care has helped our agency is probably through the community connect and the Bravo Board because it's been able to give a platform for our staff to be able to share comments and like each other's achievements. And that has been a huge thing because in this industry, there's a lot of people that are working one on one with clients in the field. So they don't get a chance to really connect with other staff members. So this has been really a great way to bring everyone together in community and is really kind of changed the way that everyone sees their job a little bit because they're not alone in their field. So that's been a really great, great impact on our, on our business.
I think the biggest improvements that we've seen from our staff when it comes to using CoachUp Care has been through our pulse surveys that we have go to our staff. There's been a lot of positive feedback from the rewards and recognition that they have been receiving due to CoachUp Care. So our scores have been pretty high in that area and that has been a really big improvement to our surveys overall."
