Here is the full transcript.
"Hi, my name is JoAnn Iannetta and I'm from BrightStar Care Hudson/Solon in Ohio. And one of the things that I LOVE about CoachUp Care is the reward program that is automated for the staff. You can adjust things how you want them to be sent out, you can change them on a regular basis. The staff really, really appreciates all of the acknowledgments that CoachUp Care offers, whether it's automated or what we can do individually manually. What I appreciate most about CoachUp Care is it engages us with our field staff that we don't see on a regular basis.
Things that our team likes about CoachUp Care that I've gotten feedback on is again, it keeps us connected with our outside field staff. It keeps us all so engaged and on the same page all the time. A specific story that I have that impacted our staff was when we were planning our Christmas party, we use the poll feature and asked, you know, what would they prefer something in the office that we've always done in the past and haven't had a great turnout when it's in the office. So we polled whether they wanted something inside the office or outside the office and by a landslide, everybody said outside the office.
CoachUp Care has helped our business by keeping our staff engaged. And even in orientation, when we go over Reaching for the Stars, CoachUp Care with the new employees, they're like amazed on how important it is to us as a company to stay engaged with our staff, to stay in constant communication. And they just love… even the current staff and the new staff just love feeling appreciated."
