"Let's talk about a powerful but often overlooked opportunity to innovate your internal operations, and more specifically, your recruiters. Most recruiters are measured by volume, how many applicants they generate, how many interviews they schedule, how fast they can send offer letters. But here's the problem most caregivers turn over in the 1st 90 days. And no one really owns that part of the process.
 
Think about it. We celebrate when someone's hired, but what if they don't show up to orientation? What if they quit after one bad shift? We all know that happens all too often. If your recruiter isn't accountable beyond the hire, are we missing the mark as an industry?
 
Real innovation means shifting from hiring fast to hiring smart. What if recruiters were measured by who stays? Not by who starts. Think about that for a minute. What if they were trained to spot not just availability, but alignment? What if they were empowered to work cross functionally to get the right person to the right shift, and they actually stay for 90 days.
